Shauna is the Proud Owner, Handler, Breeder, Groomer & Operator of Red Shadow Kennels.

Since a young age, she has always had a passion for animal. Anyone who has known Shauna in her life, knows she lives & breaths the dogs she has & the Industry, she is part of.

“Phoenix” Marshland’s Rise of a Phoenix WC, JH, RN, RA, RE, NTD, ATD, DN, CD The once in a lifetime dog that started it all.

In 2006 Shauna’s entire world opened up when she brought home her first dog/ first Toller: “Phoenix”.

She never could have dreamed Phoenix would be the start of a Legacy, a career path & a massive community & the thing that gave Shauna “purpose” in her life. Since the Start, Shauna has welcomes 6 Generations from Phoenix, over 60 recognized CKC & AKC Titles in Conformation & Performance across all Red Shadow Dogs. She has gone on to learn about the Sports of Professional Handling, All Breed Dog & Cat Grooming, Preformance Sports Training (Ex. Rally, Obedience, Dock Diving, Hunting, Trick Training, Scent Detection, Lour Coursing etc..).

Education: Shauna is a Registered Veterinary Technician with a Specialty in Emergency Medicine, Canine Whelphing & Reproduction Care. She is also a Certified Veterinary Assistant, Performance Horse Handler, & Obedience Trainer. She is also a recognized all breed Groomer (See Page about Grooming Service she offers), Professional Dog Show handler & Educational Speaker.

She has worked in Veterinary Clinics, emergency care Hospital, Exotic Zoos, Shelters & North America Wide Canine Sporting Events
Shauna is also currently working on her Bachelors of Science and Education.

Her Mission: Much of what Red Shadow Kennels Stands for is the commitment Shauna holds herself to when it comes to Ethical Breeding. Her goal is to be constantly setting the bar higher for what she is a breeder can & should be doing for her dogs, her puppies, her owners, her community, the breed & the lifetime of the generations of dogs she produces.
